Silvia Trăistaru is the owner and chief conservator of STart CONSERVATION (Silvia Trăistaru Art Conservation), a private conservation-restoration studio in Bucharest, specializing in modern and contemporary art. Silvia received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Conservation and Restoration from the National University of Arts, Bucharest. Silvia is an expert conservator certified by the Romanian Ministry of Culture and National Patrimony. She is a member of the International Network for the Conservation of Contemporary Art (INCCA).
